Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the easyFinance mobile application ("App") operated by easyFinance ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using easyFinance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

easyFinance is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to:

  • Record income and expenses
  • Set and monitor budgets
  • Categorize transactions
  • Scan receipts (Premium)
  • View spending statistics
  • Export financial reports (Premium)

3. Account Registration

3.1 You may need to create an account to access certain features.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3.4 You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

4. Free and Premium Services

4.1 Free Version

The basic version of easyFinance is free and includes core tracking features with advertisements.

4.2 Premium Subscription

  • Premium features are available through a paid subscription
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly
  • Payment is processed through the app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, or AppGallery)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store according to their policies.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Not use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
  • Not interfere with the App's operation or servers
  • Not use the App for commercial purposes without permission
  • Maintain accurate records and backups of your data

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by easyFinance and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. User Data

7.1 You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into the App.

7.2 You grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

8. Receipt Scanning

8.1 The receipt scanning feature uses optical character recognition (OCR) and AI to extract information.

8.2 We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of scanned data.

8.3 You are responsible for reviewing and confirming scanned transactions.

8.4 Receipt images may be processed by third-party services (Google ML Kit).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OF FINANCIAL CALCULATIONS

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYFINANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Financial decisions made based on App data
  • Errors in receipt scanning or data entry
  • Service interruptions or data loss

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PREMIUM SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless easyFinance from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12.2 We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms.

12.3 Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country where you reside.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation
  • Mediation
  • Binding arbitration or court proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and easyFinance regarding the App.
